6:45 - wakey! wakey! 'p*t@^... go away.. m soooo sleepy pa.. i know its a friday pero..' zzzzz..

6:47 - take a bath. muni-muni muna in the bathroom.

7:10 - finally finished taking a bath. muni-muni muna in the bedroom. hmmm. what should i wear? its a friday and we can do away with the ultra-sensitive (i mean sensitive coz lean on it ever so slightly, gets wrinkled kagad) gusot mayaman barong.

7:15 - hmmm. what baller band should i wear? m wearing blue e. sige black and white na lang!

7:45 - at last, m in the parking lot na. i have to settle for the pay parking cause i dont have a freakin 'parking slot' behind our office. its sad that those who can afford to pay for the parking (daily for 9 hours, makati parking rates), are those alloted a slot in our office. ironic.

7:46 - muni-muni muna... listen to 89.9, friday magic madness muna (seona dancing's song is playing. new wave..). wear my shoes na. walk to the office na. hayyy..

7:50 - swipe in. ha! i dont have a late pa so far this month.

7:51 - 'aba? nandito ka na sherlly?'. our perpetually late officemate.. 'late na naman ba ang relo natin at on time ka dumating (while bringing my watch to my ear listening if it is indeed working)??'

1:54 - running 120 kph on Coastal. damn, got to have them wheels balanced.. casino kaya muna ko before going home? hmmm.. oops. missed the Edsa turn. buendia na nga lang.. hehehe

2:27 - home at last! or at least for the moment! hahaha!

s-u-m-m-e-r.....

u know it when its getting close. u go home at 4 in the morning expecting to get the chills, only to feel hot! no, not that kind of heat... hehehe. only to feel the warm air. ayan... summer na! summer na! its that time of the year when we dont get to wear our lacoste or springfield jacket (i wish i had one to NOT wear during this kind of weather...). this is the time when all of you chicks can show off your tan lines. wear those tube and spag-strapped top babyyyy!

'pare, meron ako alam maganda puntahan this summer. la pa masyado pumupunta. sa ilocos lang, sa pagudpud. 12 hours drive lang. parang road trip!' - fort. nyek... that was wayyy back in college. it started the ongoing tradition of our barkada to drive for more than 12 hours, endure the never-ending roads (parang pare-pareho lang dinadaanan natin a) wherein blood stops flowing from waistdown, just to get away (talagang away na to e) and unwind from our test-copying, classroom-sleeping days at school. 3 driver changes, 5 stopovers for kodakan moments (which would not be complete without stopping by Vigan), 2 full tanks and then bam! we're still not there.. 'ayan, malapit na! kita na yung beach oh!'. only to find out, Ilocos Sur pa lang... i even remember onyx counting all the bayans that we passed thru, writing every bayan on an old mcdo receipt. and after finishing all the CDs we brought, we tried the radio. only to get feed from taiwanese radio stations! hehehe. so after a gruelling 12 hours of travel, we finally arrived. the sand was white with kms of beach front, the water was clear and that familiar beach scent lingering everywhere.

3 days and 2 nights are not enough. the whole stay would not be complete without playing beach volleyball, eating lobsters, drinking till u pass out on the sand, building sand castles (only to fail miserably) and visiting the falls there (i forgot the name. basta u have take the Patapat viaduct to get there.). the place is not-so-delevoped pa, adding to its peaceful and innocent aura (or at least during our first trip there).

'this is life...' - marlon, while sipping a cold beer lying on the cool sand. we've come to love the place and seem to forget about the loooong trip (and planning sessions. naks!). a sort of a barkada tradition that has only the date to settle when planning on a summer trip. so we ask ourselves, 'was it all worth it?'. you bet it was. it was sooo worth it that we made it a point to go there every summer from then on.

mid-week crisis and it's only tuesday. though i experience this the whole week, except friday (duh...). anyway m done with my blogspot's header so m feeling quite a bit productive (wag aangal, blog ko to!) with my "limited" adobe photoshop know-how, i was able to come up with this. it took only 4 hours (bilis noh? hehehe). i also had to dig-up outdated pics to include in the header. in the end, its all good...

from the top row (l-r). first pic is from my modelling days. i used to model D&G Eyewear. i paid about 10k to wear the glasses and had to beg my officemate to take my pic! so there, it took a lot from me so i had to give it up.. next pic was taken in baguio. and yes it was taken inside a car (para sa mga pilosopo). as you can see, camera-shy ako.. next pic is bebs..

and the for the last row (do i have to include l-r pa??): pagudpud pic! the dudes at the beach.. damn, lapit na summer... then my very first car. a car i bought with my own money (utang yung iba! hehehe). nga pala, its not with me na. traded it for another car (gusto ko pa rin ilagay e, bakit ba...). then pic of the dudes.. again.. 'pare, kelangan super smile ha, kita gilagid! papadala natin kay sharon to.' - onyx.

and for the header's background, i used a pic of the sunset at pagudpud... dahil summer na and the shot is nice naman.. and mainly because la na ko maisip na maganda background e! of course all these pics wouldnt be possible if not for my pencil case! este cellphone pala..
